Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that the return window begins on the date your package is delivered to you, not the date of purchase. Returns requested after this 30-day period will not be accepted or processed.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain items. If applicable, this fee will be deducted directly from your refund amount. Additionally, original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected within 2 business days. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. All monetary refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you selected store credit refunds, they will be issued within 1–2 business days. Damaged or Defective Items

Exchange Policy
