Please note that shipping costs are generally non-refundable, particularly in cases where a package is refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect address.

We strive to ship to as many destinations as possible, including APO, FPO, and military addresses where carrier services permit. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment confirmation. Please be aware that processing times do not include weekends, public holidays, or bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be queued for processing on the next available business day. During peak seasons, such as major holidays or promotional sales events, processing times may temporarily extend beyond the standard window.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the final destination. The delivery windows listed under Shipping Methods are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we work diligently to get your Nexoz apparel to you promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, severe weather conditions, or unforeseen carrier issues.
Shipment Tracking
A tracking number is provided for every order once your package has been dispatched from our fulfillment center. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing this tracking number shortly after dispatch. To monitor your shipment, simply visit the carrier’s official website and enter your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active and visible in the carrier’s system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for paying any applicable customs charges or import taxes. Nexoz is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or regulatory holds. Please note that we cannot mark packages as gifts or declare a lower value to avoid these fees, as this violates international trade regulations.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will promptly work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it accordingly. While we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely, Nexoz is not liable for delays caused directly by the carrier or customs authorities. When applicable, we will fully assist you in filing insurance or damage claims with the shipping provider.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses during checkout. Nexoz is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, the customer may be charged for additional shipping costs to process a reshipment. If you realize you entered the wrong address, please contact our support team immediately so we can attempt to intercept or correct the delivery details before dispatch.
